About This Seed

I worked on this after writing When God Logged In. This is a combination of some AI Art Generation and work done in Photoshop. I ended up liking it so much that I added it to the story as the hero image.

This is the moment when the impossible first happens: the weapons attacking Jerusalem simply stop working. Something has intervened, although no one yet understands what it is or why it has done it. That became the starting point for a question I couldn't quite shake.

We have spent thousands of years imagining gods capable of ending suffering, performing miracles, and setting the world right. But what if something actually showed up and began doing exactly that? Would humanity finally accept the help we have always claimed to want? I'm not so sure. I became fascinated by the possibility that solving the world's problems might be easier than getting people and institutions to accept whoever, or whatever, solved them. In any case, I hope you like the art. ~ Rick
